Alberta Winter Games -- Figure Skating Hosted by Parkland County. Figure Skating Event is scheduled for February 11 at West Edmonton Mall from 10:30 - 4pm. 

ELIGIBILITY: All skaters must be members of Skate Canada. The competition is open to residents of Alberta, whose major domicile has been the Province of Alberta for a period of 6 months prior to the Games. All skaters must compete in the zone that their major domicile is in. Skaters must use residence, no club affiliation, to determine which zone they represent.  More information can be found under our Section Office -- go to Skate Canada Alberta/NWT under links and click on Competitions 2011-12.

All athletes must be between 11-16 years of age by July 1, 2011.

Categories for competition are Starskate Jr. or Snr. Bronze.  Other levels are in the competitive stream.
